Yes, all these enhancement options are easily removable and renter friendly. As far as an apartment or condo is concerned, it’s no different than an area rug. We have ensured this to be the case with both NAA (National Apartment Association) and FAA (Florida Apartment Association, as neither takes issue with artificial turf, wood tiles, or greenery walls.

A long time. The turf is designed to last upwards of 15 years, even in direct sunlight.

Most every apartment or condo balcony will have a slight pitch for rain runoff. After a rainstorm, excess water will run off the edge of the balcony from the underside of the turf. Any water that’s absorbed by the turf will quickly dry out in the Florida sun. For balconies without a pitch, we can install air drains that allow water to quickly drain through the turf.

The turf is not difficult to remove. We use silicone caulk for most installs. However on a smaller balcony with furniture and or planters, adhesive isn’t necessary.

Our turf is MUCH different than turf you can source at Home Depot or Lowes, and much better than the carpet you’ll find on amazon. Not only is the turf thick and plush, it also looks very realistic, due to the higher grade materials and increased thread count.

It depends, we have a variety of options depending on the circumstance. For outdoor applications in direct sunlight, we use top-rated Vistafolia. However for indoor walls or those that don’t receive much direct sunlight, we can offer more affordable non-UV rated options.

Yes. We need to order materials for your job before we begin. We require a 50% downpayment before your job can be scheduled.

Yes, we can consult with you either at your home or over the phone. We’ll make recommendations on what to get and where to put it. If you send us a picture, we can use our design software to give you an idea of what your finished balcony will look like.

Yes you can! We don’t mind coming out to talk about all the different options with you. In addition, it allows us to get accurate measurements of your space.

Yes, please prep your balcony accordingly before your install appointment. A minimum fee of $50 will be included for any articles that need to be moved by our team prior to install.

Yes, but the length of warranty depends on the product. Most products we offer are anywhere from 1-5 years. Please ask us when you call.
